● Incoming Material Check
Non-machine inpection on Part No.,Manufacturer,Package Type,Date Code,Quantity,Packing Status,RoHS status,Dimension.

● Physical Appearance Check 
We can verify a part is new and original or not by checking its physical appearance. If a part is found to be physically problematic,no further functionality testing is needed.

● Internal Inspection
De-cap: If there is still concern after physical appearance check,we can de-cap the chip for die verification,to avoid counterfeit.

   
   X-ray: The authenticity of of a chip can also be decided by comparison of X-ray circuit. 
   

● Solderability Test 
For discontinued chips with old date code,we can verify if there will be problem in mounting by performing a solderability test,to prevent from bad welding.

● Electronic Characteristics Test
A chip without problem in physical appearance could also have short circuit inside.If so we can send them out for electronic characteritics test by a 3rd-party lab,according to manufacturer datasheet.
